ABSTRACT Using a 1D stellar evolution code, we simulate the response of red supergiant (RSG) star to injection energy and mass removal. We take values that inject remove according our previous 3D hydrodynamical simulations neutron (NS) on highly eccentric orbit enters envelope an RSG for half year launches jets as it accretes via accretion disc. find injected energies $\simeq 10^{47} {--} 10^{48} {~\rm erg}$ removed 0.03{--}0.6\, {\rm M}_\odot$ expands large radius. Therefore, expect NS continue inside this massive inflated several more months, up about twice initial radius, accrete launch prolonged period. Although these late are weaker than while original envelope, might actually be influential light curve, leading long, months few years, bright, $\gtrsim10^8\, L}_\odot$, transient event. The returns or less relaxed structure after 10 yr, so another event occur in next periastron passage NS. Our results add already rich variety jet-driven explosions/outbursts account many puzzling events.
